COMPANY DETAILS

Founded in 2017, SINEGY is a fin tech company from Penang that owns and operates Marketplace, a digital asset (cryptocurrency) exchange in Malaysia that is catered to local and regional clients. Through the support and belief of family & friends, our journey was made possible. 

After two years, the Malaysian government issued guidelines for cryptocurrency and our application was given conditional approval status to comply within 9 months.

On April 1st 2020, SINEGY received full approval to operate a digital asset exchange (DAX) under the Recognized Market Operator (RMO) guidelines regulated by Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).
