Perfect Plus (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("PPM"), a subsidiary of Perfect Plus Sdn Bhd (a company wholly owned by Ng King Kau), sells and rents card acceptance terminals ("EDC Terminals") to operators of payment instruments (eg. MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, Boost, Touch 'N Go E-Wallet, ect.) and loyalty instruments (eg. BonusLink, Mesra, B Infinite, ect.) and merchants for their processing of payment and loyalty related transactions. PPM also provide merchant recruitment services to operators of payment instruments, as well as operators of loyalty instruments. It is planning to launch an e-commerce platform for the merchants to conduct their businesses online with online payment acceptance facilities. 

PPM also conducts the following businesses via its wholly owned subsidiaries: 

Perfect Plus Loyalty Sdn Bhd - Issuance of loyalty cards and acquiring of loyalty cards' transactions (Reward & Redemption);

Safeway Assist (M) Sdn Bhd - Arrangement of professional service providers to attend to house-call services needs of consumers. 

PPM is planning to issue proprietary credit cards to consumers, as well as propritary business card to merchants, via a wholly owned subsidiary, Perfect Plus PayPro Sdn Bhd.
