SUMMARY
We at Magnacon Sdn Bhd, master distributor for Mamee products in Thailand aim to supply snack foods to all convenience stores in Thailand.
To date, we are in the midst of discussion with 7-Elevan and Tesco Lotus Thailand. As for now, if the discussion is fruitful, we are only able to supply to a certain number of stores depending on our current funds.
We are dedicated into promoting Malaysian made products to Thailand and we sincerely hope that investors will be able to help us in making this objective comes into perspective.
PROBLEM
Currently, we aren’t able to estimate the size of the warehouse that we need
We are now introducing a single product. In the near future, we will need to introduce more product varieties in order to capture the market demands
If all convenience stores accepts our product, there will be a shortage of supplies to all stores.
SOLUTION
With the large amount of stores to supply snacks throughout the country, we would require a large warehouse in order to store the products.
With a larger warehouse, we can expand and introduce more product varieties to all convenience stores.
Moreover, funding is required if we are planning to supply to every single convenience store in Thailand. Without the necessary funding, we will only be able to supply to a certain amount of stores.
By supplying to every convenience stores, it actually helps in advertising and the branding of the product.
PRODUCT
Introducing the ghost pepper crisps come in a small canister has ghost pepper in it which is the seventh spiciest chili in the world. This is not your standard once opened finish ’em all crisps. Rather your stomach has to be able to withstand the heat, which lingers in your mouth after the first bite. Beware, eating is just the start of the process.
It’s coated in black with a Scoville Heat Unit Scale plastered on the side boasting a whopping 1,000,000 units for the ghost pepper used.
Rather, it’s probably meant to be taken one crisp as a time so as not to exert unnecessary stress on our stomach. But if you have a thing for all things spicy, then feel free to finish them all in one go.
Our product are trending right now among the people who are ready to challenge themselves to test their level of spiciness.

There are varieties of snack foods in the market but the snack food business in Thailand is worth RM 3 billion outpacing many business categories.
Giant snack food manufacturers such as “Lays” control 75% of the snack food market.
The market for snack food grows by 15% a year. A great potential to actually invest in.
Many other Malaysia brands are actually trying to penetrate the Thailand market due to the fact that many Thais consume a lot of snack food.
FUNDING
The funds will be used to rent a bigger warehouse in order to store all the products. With a bigger warehouse, we will be able to supply to more convenience stores throughout Thailand
We will also need to hire more employees in order to help with logistics and operations.
A bigger warehouse thus more funds needed to order products to meet the supplies.
