We develope "Narubot" the natural rubber tapping robot that help in harvesting natural rubber from the tree with high precision tapping, waterproof and automatic. Narubot help to increase the productivity by 40%, reduce labor cost, harvesting during raining season and provide apps from 3rd party scammer.
The pain experienced by the rubber tappers is the tiring work. They have to wake up early and rush for the optimum time(3-7am) to obtain the best yield. Furthermore there are about 500 tress per hectare. By the time they finished, the sun is up, the heat causes the latex to harden therefore, they obtain less yield. Labor cost is also a pain to a rubber tapper as well since the lack of interest from our community and young generation so they need to pay foreign labor for big industries which cost a lots of money.
Lack of skill and raining season also cause losses to the rubber tree owner. As a result a lot of rubber estate is abondoned. We revolutionize this historical agriculture industry with automation.
