Business Model

DeGrocery.com is a marketplace for supermarkets and stores where we have collaboration with the local retailers and wholesalers. Upon receiving the order on DeGrocery.com our shoppers get the orders ready from the nearest supermarkets in the area and its delivered in 3 hours to the customers.

We have a commission on every sale from the wholesalers and retailers and there is a standard price markup. We also earn from delivery fee as we use our in-house logistics to deliver the goods. Furthermore, we are looking to monetize the product listing on a subscription basis. And there is an option of advertisements of products on our site for the FMCG companies.

Our Current City is Kuching, Samarahan & Miri Sarawak which is in East Malaysia in Borneo.

Primarily Our Plan is to expand to 10 cities of Borneo which includes east Malaysia, Brunei and West Kalimantan part of Indonesia. After that, we plan to expand to the market of the rest of Southeast Asia

Moreover, they are helping the merchants and business owners to increase their sales and reach new customers online.

Nayeem Ullah Yeasir | Chief Executive Officer

An aspiring entrepreneur who started his entrepreneurship journey right after he graduated from the Swinburne University of Technology. During his study time, he started early investment in the stock market and was always busy with learning new things. He was one of the delegates of the 9th UNESCO Youth Forum which was held in Paris, France in 2015. After his graduation, he started different businesses starting from restaurants, online news portals, blogs and real estate. He had a deep passion for technology so in 2019 he founded DeGrocery.com with two of his friends.
