Our Home, Your Home

TheKatil.com targets 18-35yo working professionals who want to rent fully furnished rooms with shared facilities at a flat rate of RM800 per month for singles/couples with free WiFi, utilities, aircond, regular cleaning & maintenance service. Unlike ibilik.my or airbnb.com, TheKatil.com leverage on these competing websites as advertising channels to get tenants. Unlike landlords who rent out the whole property to tenant, TheKatil.com converts existing upper floor shoplots along transportation hubs/LRT/MRT into tastefully furnished hostel rooms that offer easy entry tenancy with amenities, so it’s HASSLE-FREE and CONVENIENT to tenants. TheKatil.com business model is designed with a 'profit multiplier' model. The business generates its core revenue mainly from direct room rental income or rental management fees with profit of business sales, and its ancillary revenue comes from Advertising and Affiliate marketing with partners (ie. food/groceries delivery to doorstep) to add value to tenants’ CONVENIENCE. TheKatil.com delivers the CONVENIENCE with a click-and-mortar approach by complementing tenants' offline rental experience with online rental payment to online shopping with its online platform.

Equity Crowdfunding is risky. You are investing in early stage companies which may not do well and could even fail. You could lose part or all of your investment. You may not be able to sell your shares easily.

Investments are speculative and carry high risks. To decrease exposure, these types of investments should only be made as part of a diversified portfolio. Spread your risks and only invest money that you can afford to lose. pitchIN wants all investors to understand these risks and make careful investment decisions. You are also encouraged to seek independent advice.
