Ant Hill Living Sdn Bhd was established in February 2019, with a simple yet clear vision –Simplifying Room Renting, Creating Happy Tenant! In view of the rising demand and complexity of tenants’ request, we pride ourselves in providing decent full-fledged room accommodation services since the beginning of our inception, and this fundamental principle has indeed helped us to prosper within a short spam of period, maintaining more than 300 rooms and more to come!
As an associate partner, we work hand in hand with Vivahomes Realty Sdn Bhd, one of the largest and most reputable real estate agencies in Malaysia to provide constant supply of decent rooms in Klang Valley. We aim to provide 1,000 new rooms in year 2020, hence obtaining potential properties from owner, securing rental and premises maintenance are our top priority.
Currently we operate mainly in prime areas across Klang Valley, which include Ara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Bandar Utama, Titiwangsa, Jalan Klang Lama, Subang Bestari, Sunway PJS and many more. We look forward to expand our business to be one of the largest room accomodation providers in Malaysia by 2022.
