Summary

Angkasa-X is a Technological-social Inclusion Company that strives to provide Internet Connectivity as a Necessity for the betterment of mankind.

Problem

Over 50% of the population in Southeast Asia are burdened with inadequate internet connectivity.

Solution

We invest in R&D, AIT (Assembly-Integrating-Testing) and the launch of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites to set-up the ASEAN-LINK Satellite Constellation to provide satellite internet connectivity and related services for Asians living in the rural areas.

Traction

Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Digital Penang and Universiti Sains Malaysia and signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), on 20th April 2021 and 21st April 2021 respectively. Collaborating with USM, Angkasa-X has engaged with a few global EDU-TECH Licensing Partners to provide Space and Satellite Engineering training and courses to train up our local talent and technology transfer on satellite expertise to our satellite engineering team. Angkasa-X has also signed up collaborations with a number of Government Collaborators.

Business Model

We offer Satellite As A Service (SAAS) for countries in Southeast Asia via the ASEAN-LINK Satellite Constellation to provision satellite internet connectivity and related services to communities living in rural areas. Angkasa-X strives to establish and develop the ASEAN Space Economy via the ASEAN-LINK Satellite Constellation.

Competition

Countries such as the USA, China, Canada, South Korea and UK have already launched communication satellites into space and plans to launch more in the future. It is estimated that over 75,000 communication satellites will be launched by 2030.

Funding

Angkasa-X will secure funding via equity crowdfunding, private placement and subsequently, the US capital markets, advised by our financial incubators Greenpro Capital Corp. (NASDAQ:GRNQ) and SEATech Ventures Corp. (OTC PINK:SEAV). Angkasa-X needs to raise funds for R&D, AIT, build and launch an estimate of 500 LEO satellites to form the Angkasa-X ASEAN-LINK Satellite Constellation.

AngkasaX Innovation Sdn. Bhd. intends to be merged into Angkasa-X Holding Corp (“AXHC”) upon successful listing of AXHC in the US capital markets, granting AngkasaX Innovation Sdn. Bhd’s ICPS shareholders a right to convert into AXHC’s shares.

AngkasaX Innovation Sdn Bhd’s ICPS shareholders are also presented with the option of swapping their shares for the shares of SEATech Ventures Corp. (OTC PINK:SEAV) after the maturity of the ICPS tenure.
